They Broke It, You Fix It

I know this may appear eschew to what you are used to seeing or hearing but it's the truth.  It's critically important to know that what gets broken for us all was perfect when we were born.  That thing was our belief  system.  When we first arrived there was not a blemish or smudge on it anywhere.  Over time.  Over days and weeks and months and years the surface became pitted and scarred and clipped and torn.  Every time the world said "you can't" the tank that fuels our belief dropped a bit more and a bit more.  After decades here we can end up low on gas and end up feeling diminished and incapable.  I was thinking earlier today about how I felt growing up the way I did and bouncing in the early going from job to job.  My belief system was shredded and torn.  Everywhere I went I heard the voice that said, "not much is possible for you kid" Looking back now I can clearly see that I was not the one who shattered my belief system, they did.  They being those around me and the media and every living being who felt Perspectives - The Power to Change from Within by Randy Taylor of Taylormade Leadership @TheWinnerWithin (Social)blessed enough to pronounce on my chances.  I finally was able to come to terms with the fact that I didn't break it and I was the only one who could turn it around.  Here's what you need know I guess.  You are still you.  Beneath the fingerprints and smudges and pitted veneer, you are still you.  With all the power and potential and possibilities you were born with.  Here is the simple formula then. They broke it, you fix it.  Have an excellent day. Be well, Randy Taylor
