"Where you are now has nothing to do with where you can go"....these might seem like simple words, but they were delivered by a passionate speaker with pragmatic advice.   That sums up my observation of RandyTaylor's ability to inspire, ignite and motivate his audience to higher levels of self-awareness.  Do away with negative reinforcement and think "yes I can".   An engaging speaker who speaks from the heart with experience, some painful, some joyful, as he shares his journey with the audience and underscores that we all have "life choices".  In short, if you tune out those telling you all the reasons why you "can't" achieve something and keep on trying....you will eventually get there.  His visuals are stimulating and his encouragement to always state "why" we do something rather than just "how" comes through as the cornerstone of both personal and business success.  He speaks with ease and a sense of humour providing great examples of leaders of companies who have engaged in the "why" statement.  His quotations cross the time spectrum from historical to current, some cerebral and some simply in "plain talk" and all are relevant to his continuing life story.  Would highly recommend RandyTaylor as a motivational speaker who involves his audience; while entertaining us, he sincerely wants to share his story and encourage others to change how they view their lives today and takes a true interest in seeing those outcomes.
